KARLOFF and LUGOSI are teamed up for the first (and best) time in 1934's THE BLACK CAT! It's a crazy film from Edgar Ulmer that is both slow and fast paced at the same time. Some of the plot and acting is ridiculous-- Lugosi's reaction to seeing any cat is amazing and Karloff's hair inspired my own.
I love this movie, watch it several times a year.
