Gained a few pounds in the past few years? Hard to get them off isn't it?
Well, number two son and genius Joe Fish suggested this strategy;
NEVER BUY BIGGER PANTS.
It's so simple it boggles my mind, and yet that's the genius. You never go up in a pant size. NEVER.
Think about it-- there are things in life you just will never do;
NEVER EAT OF THE TRASH
NEVER MARRY A RELATIVE
NEVER DRIVE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD
Those are all things that you would scrunch your nose at the very thought of, because they are out of the question.
Same thing goes for your pants.
NO MATTER WHAT you never buy a bigger size pants. This also means you never take them to a tailor to have them let out.
How? Simple-- if your pants are feeling tight you are getting fat. Eat a salad today and tomorrow. Egg whites and dry toast. Black coffee.
Still tight after all that, guess what? You have to do it again-- and again and again until those pants are no longer tight-- because YOU CAN'T BUY a bigger size, and you can't exist in society with no pants so your options become limited.
Losing weight is hard- but NOT gaining any more weight is a victory onto itself.
