We had some hot and humid days this year-- and none hotter or more humid than our visit to Des Moines late August-- but something in me has changed. I don't know if it was my trip to Japan where I endured ridiculous humidity in long sleeve shirts and pants or what-- but for some reason the heat just didn't bother me all that much.
Of course there was this tweet from early July;
"Okay, all you twonks that love this hot and humid weather, explain it to me, is it the multiple showers a day or do you live in AC?"
So maybe I'm not completely cured, but regardless, no annual angry post here about summer hitting the skids. This was a nice year overall.
