Kelly Powers commissioned me to ink her pencils on this re-do of Action Comics #1 featuring the debut of Superman-- I loved her big bulky version of Superman and I added in all of the chicken fat-- the characters walking around in the background.
Fun piece, I really enjoyed working on it-- and it seems appropriate to post it today since THE MAN OF STEEL opened in theaters this weekend. If it bombs, that's Bad News for DC Comics biggest character in Hollywood.
