WORCESTER ART MUSEUM FREE JULY and AUGUST
I know July is halfway over, but I've been amazed by the attendance at WAM these first few weeks of July-- new director Matthias Waschek led the fundraising to open the museum up for free and accomplished it in a matter of a few weeks-- and seeing groves of people in the galleries while I take classes through is absolutely incredible. There is nothing like life in a museum when it's active.
The museum is open W-Sunday 11-5 and every third Thursday until 8. This Thursday being a third Thurs there will be a tour of the Chapter House off the Ren Court and music by The Rafters-- check it out.
