Currently on display in the KNIGHTS! Exhibit at WAM is a copy of Batman #15 from 1943 which is the only time Batman is shown actually USING a gun on the cover of his own book. The book happens to be on loan from me, and here is some of the inside of that book. Great WWII propaganda.
