Tower Hill Botanical Gardens HARVESTIVAL FAMILY CELEBRATION

Harvestival, October 12-14
A Family Celebration of the Fall Harvest Season
Held annually on Columbus Day Weekend
October 12-14, 9am-5pm; Boylston Residents admitted FREE!
Please note that Twigs Café serves prepared foods cafeteria style on this special weekend.

There's nothing like autumn in New England, and there's no better place than Tower Hill Botanic Garden to take in all the season has to offer. In addition to the panoramic view of Mt. Wachusett and the Reservoir, the Garden displays hundreds of trees and shrubs known for their spectacular fall color.

Come for this special 3-day weekend which features live animals, heirloom apples, locally made products, and children's crafts. Tower Hill will be turned into a virtual farmland, featuring beautiful displays of garden produce and a farmer's market, and taste-testing tours of the famous antique apple orchard (2pm each day)-with 119 varieties of pre-20th Century apples.

Activities include children's crafts and a children's scavenger hunt. Hot apple cider, a special harvest menu in Twigs Café, and Massachusetts products for sale from numerous local vendors will round out the weekend. Weather permitting; enjoy a hayride through the trails.

Please note:  On Saturday 10/12 & Sunday 10/13 from 11am-3pm, the front gate will be designated as *ENTRANCE ONLY*, with two lines --left for members, right for guests. To EXIT visitors should follow signs to exit via the ‘old’ driveway, onto Route 70. On Monday 10/14 we will revert to our standard entrance/exit procedure.
