They've got a solid plan and are well into executing it. Amazing that this year the ideas they had worked well together with minimal tweaking. Normally there's a lot more fight about different ideas.
Keeping everyone involved and engaged is a challenge, this year there is a bit more of an independent thought and pride, but they seem respectful of each other's ideas.
