What can I say about Ming Doyle? One of the most amazing illustrators going today-- and one of the nicest too-- plus she shares my Batman obsession and makes such a kick-ass Thor that her cosplay costume is the one linked to virtually every story on the Boston Comic Con. Check out Ming's site-- and I HIGHLY recommend buying a copy of her sketchbook, I've been pouring over my copy and you won't be disappointed.
